This Nocturnal Lights 8" Universal Tray with Single T Base Adapter allows you to mount one flex arm directly onto the tray. You can also mount a ball joint arm with a slide-over ball joint adapter. The T base adapter can be removed to either side of the tray and the position of the housing mount can be adjusted.
The tray is recommended for using one arm with small compact camera housings, the GoPro, or similar housings.
