This Nocturnal Lights 12" Universal Tray with Dual T Base Adapters allows you to mount 2 flex arms directly onto the tray. You can also mount a ball joint arm with a slideover ball joint adapter.
The tray is recommended for compact camera housings that are less than 9" wide when using 2 arms.
